You see... i got train my running... apparently i thought by jogging i will work out all the entire muscle groups on my leg... and so i thought standing broad jump shouldn't be a problem since all through the years it has always stayed around 216cm... ahahaha... lame... As for my pull ups, well, i've said i did overworked my upper body strength what... and how was i to know ippt would be conducted on the 2nd day of ICT? how to recover like that??? eh you dun say pple lah... you also damn fat... next time u take ur ippt pls post ur results in BOLD... cool? hehehe...
eh, how come now so troublesome to post here wan. anyway, i can tell you now that i do more than 3 pull ups. and your broad jump so borderline you still didnt bother to train ah?!?!!! wah lan. i'd definitely fail 2.4, but that'll be the only thing i'd fail, i think. i dont want to do IPPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aaahhhhh!!!!
