This is how my latest IPPT score reads:

Standing broad jump: 207 cm
Sit ups: 40
Shuttle Run: 10.45sec
Pull-ups: 3

2.4km Run: 11:35 to 12:00mins

Result: FAIL

Cheese pratas and plasters washed down with teh tarik is VERY sinful!!!

Say "NO" to vanilla coke, say "NO" to snacking right after dinner, say "NO" to gaining calories faster than you lose them by eating junk food RIGHT AFTER a 8km run and finally, say "NO" again to late night suppers!!!

Fuck, you are damn lousy leh!! don't blame it on the pratas and whatnots lah. fitness is fitness. 3 pull ups leh!! wah lan! 207!!!! didn't you train before going in?

You see... i got train my running... apparently i thought by jogging i will work out all the entire muscle groups on my leg... and so i thought standing broad jump shouldn't be a problem since all through the years it has always stayed around 216cm... ahahaha... lame... As for my pull ups, well, i've said i did overworked my upper body strength what... and how was i to know ippt would be conducted on the 2nd day of ICT? how to recover like that??? eh you dun say pple lah... you also damn fat... next time u take ur ippt pls post ur results in BOLD... cool? hehehe...

eh, how come now so troublesome to post here wan. anyway, i can tell you now that i do more than 3 pull ups. and your broad jump so borderline you still didnt bother to train ah?!?!!! wah lan. i'd definitely fail 2.4, but that'll be the only thing i'd fail, i think. i dont want to do IPPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aaahhhhh!!!!
